Kronnish Pirates Stamina Raids Week

The Kronnish Pirates Alliance is proud to present the Kronnish Pirates Stamina Raids Week Event

During this week (starting now untill 23th April), in addition to the various Alliance Raids we will also release multiple stamina raids. This event is a multi-platform event, as that we'll release raids on Facebook/Web, Kongregate, Armor Games & Newgrounds.

Mates "Xian_Moritas" just created a charter on newgrounds.com to open Kronnish Pirates[NG] there.

Every Kronnish Pirate is invited. Plus the first 10 members will become officers on the double.

Captain’s Log 2013.02.11: LoTS Mobile

Greetings Mates,

This week update is all about a new Legacy of a Thousands Suns that coming in our way – LoTS Mobile. As you might have noticed if you’re sailing though our Facebook page is that we’re in conversations with Robert Anthony, the Product Manager for Legacy of a Thousand Suns Mobile. And we talked to us a little of the things to came regarding his LoTS product.

As we spoke, we came to the fact that even though this new mobile version is gonna start on the iOS (iPhone, iPad,etc..) they will also port it to the Android users delight. As that we agreed to create our Kronnish Pirates [Mobile] there as soon as the Android port comes out, so please check our updates regarding to that.

But first lets take a look on the Character Profiles page on Mobile:

As you can see some of the things changes, but the essence of our profile pages are there, so it’s a plus. I also noticed some very different uniforms on the characters ,on this pic and on the above video, but that might not be included on the released version, but I would love to grab that outfits and use them on the Web versions.

Captains Log 2013.02.03 – Being Officer for the Kronnish Pirates

Greetings mates,

This post is dedicated to Heat, a former member of the Kronnish Pirates[AG] and to all new Officers.

As you might know, the game LoTS has 4 permission ranks, that in our case resolve in the following way:

Leader: The captain, can do it all.

Officer: Can Summon Enemies, Change Announcement and Remove Tactics

Soldier: Change Announcement & Remove Tactic

Member: Can play, and rise in ranks.

But what means to be an Officer, well to be an officer in an Alliance like ours that exist in multiple platforms (Facebook, Kongregate and Armor Games – currently we do not have our alliance on Newgrounds) means that the player that’s promoted to that rank has the privilege and obligation to summon raids when the Leader (the Captain) is unavailable. Plus he should also try to recruit new members and answer some questions regarding the game to the rest of the crew. But primarily his job is to have fun.

To try to explain that let me tell the tale of the creation of the Kronnish Pirates more than two years ago…

We had a group of friends, some on real life others though the internet that played a game called duels.com, but unfortunately the company that created the game was acquired by Zynga and the game was closed. Us that had a short of alliance there decided to recreate the fun that we had by creating our alliance here, so we tried to mimic our activities in LoTS as we had in Duels, by creating new characters in this strange new settings (duels had a fantasy setting and Lots has a sci-fi one), and we had also some ideas that we wanted to reproduce like a print and play game and some fictions with the origins of our characters. Both of those ideas didn't come true, due to life restrictions.

But we had the idea, so to us no matter if you cannot play every day, as long as you get to plunder some loot from raids and enjoy your stay here, we accepted all players levels. And that was, is and will always be, our deal with this alliance of ours. We aren't trying to be some bad arses alliance, nor be the better one. We just wanna enjoy this game that gave us a lot over the years, from friends to small pleasures like getting a cool item to equip our character. And that will not change.

But we also have a huge request to make, as we currently need more playing crew on Kongregate and on Armor Games, we’re gonna promote to Officer all Facebook Members (or from any other platform) that are willing to help us on those two platforms. Meaning that if an existing member wants to create his character or a brand new one on another platform, just drop us a line and we will automatically promote him to Officer on the new platform. Plus we will gain some internal credits that will allow him to gain ranks within.

Captain's Log 2013.01.14

Greetings Mates,

We just want to inform that we updated our site with a ton of new stuff, and removed a lot of old stuff.

First we created a functional sidebar with direct links for our Alliance on all the current platforms Facebook, Kongregate & Armor Games, sorry Newgrounds users, but we do not have our Kronnish Pirates there, yet. Plus we also added links for our Facebook page & Groups (our old one created by us, and a newer one created by 5th Planet LoTS application), links for our presence on the Official forums and a much important and appreciated link for the unofficial Wiki in order to see a lot of cool stuff (Raids stats).

On the main tabs, you'll find two new features - the Recruit Center & Gamebattles. One for members to post their Fleet requests and the other to post the Raid help requests. This way no matter your platform you can summon your mates to help you.

We also added the Halls of Fame for the current platforms showcasing the pics of all members, past and present. With the exception of the Facebook Hall of Fame, that we could not finish in time for this post as we have more than 80 members (past and present) , and we did not had the time to edit all the members pics. And we have updated our About Us in order to give you an e-mail for the questions/suggestions/critics that you might not wanna go public.

We also wanna to thanks the new blood that we gained with the merge of the Facebook Alliance Dominion with ours, their members are giving our Facebook crew a breath of live and we're going after the Nightmare Raids, an achievement that we could reach for some time.

Now it's time for a little plunder, so here you have the first of many (we hope) Kronnish Pirates Wallpapers:
